TapTakeaway makes selling food via a smart-phone application simple. We provide iOS and Android mobile applications, plus an online marketing and order management portal to takeaway restaurants, allowing their customers to order in seconds and allowing the restaurants to manage orders quickly and effectively. The application is branded with the restaurant logo and colours. It allows users to browse the menu and add items to a basket, users can then pay using simple, mobile-friendly payments. Order status and history functionality allows users to keep track of their orders, and push notifications are utilised for sending out special offers. The restaurants receive order notifications via receipt printers, their online portal, SMS messages and/or email. They can manage orders and update the status of orders as well as running financial reports. They can also send out marketing to their customers and update their menu and restaurant details using a simple management portal.
