TalentBlok is an online platform where job seekers can create interactive and visually engaging professional profiles in order to attract high quality work opportunities. It helps the user (the job seeker) to find employment. We advertise jobs from all over the UK on our jobs board and job seekers can apply by creating a stunning, visual profile where they can include website links, images, and even video to form part of their application and to demonstrate their skills. TalentBlok provides a great service to the customer (recruitment agencies) as we crawl their website data for them, meaning that they have to do no work in order to add job adverts or to update them on TalentBlok - it is all done automatically. This has not been done by a jobs board before and we feel that this will be a successful growth hack. Our customers are recruitment agencies and direct employers who want to pay to advertise their jobs.
